The company that hires you. For W-2 positions you are an employee of that company or of its employer of record. For 1099 positions you are an independent contractor. We make the introduction and support you through the process; the employment relationship is between you and the company.
No degree is required for any role in our network. Some customer support roles take people with no prior support experience and train them. Social media roles generally go better if you can show work you have done, but you do not need a portfolio to register.
